Some random thoughts about blogs. First things first: this is not a blog. It’s just a homepage which incidentally holds the weight of my ravings and whinings and thoughts (or… maybe not? ;) ), but it’s not updated often, and the updates are almost always short. A reason for this lack of updates is of course the language: to write in english is easier than write in german or russian (:P), but not as easy as it is, for me, to write in italian. Then why I’m still using english? Well, I started with english, as a challenge and as an exercise, and I can’t stand losing this challenge. Still, maybe sometimes I’ll be using italian, in the future: perhaps in a new section, perhaps here on the homepage, I just don’t know by now.
This isn’t the only reason for my laziness when it comes to uploading the site though. One other thing is I don’t like to talk about me. No, that’s not true :P Let’s say that when I talk about me I always end up talking too much, sometimes not about what I wanted. Better cut it, and not to write at all.
A third reason may be nothing noteworthy happens in my life. And when something happens, I don’t feel like talking about it (see reason #2). And when I want to talk about it, I can’t write down what I mean (see reason #1) :P
You see? When I started I wanted to talk about other people’s weblogs, but in the end I didn’t. Now I think I should better have some sleep… a stressing week is coming and I’m already stressed enough to begin with. Goodnight.
